St. Charles is kicking off a public process on what’s next for the former police station site along the Fox River. A new feasibility study lays out options, from programmed open space and riverfront dining/entertainment to townhomes, a hotel, or mixed use.

Officials will get their first look at the study today (Monday, 10/13) during an informational meeting.
