Some days it harder to move through the growth. To move through the stickiness of my patterns and limiting beliefs. The part of my subconscious that is trying to keep me safe by staying in the familiar zone I’ve lived in for so long. But these are the days that need the most effort and attention. It may not look like choosing to grind harder than yesterday. For me it’s settling into more gentleness and compassion. Compassion for the old me that didn’t know how hard to believe in herself. The old me that chose to listen to the influence of ‘Just keep your head down. Blend in. That’s how you make it through.’ Emotions arise. Sadness surfaces. Fear rages. The unknowing takes over. But only until I move past that oh so pivotal point. On the other side there is beauty, vastness, possibilities. There is Grace. There is belief and wonder. So move through it.
