Northern California loud rolling thunder caught on video was sent to ABC10 meteorologist Rob Carlmark Monday morning after a Marysville resident recorded it on her doorbell camera.
"This storm is very active with lots of moisture and the way it's setting up with the lightning is that it's a lot of Cloud to Ground and the clouds are very low. It's still lightning but in a smaller box as the sound waves are more concentrated and roll along in the shallow inversion," said Carlmark.

Jesus Tarango is the tribal chairman of Wilton Rancheria, the only federally recognized tribe in Sacramento County. As a child, he grew up learning traditional dances and songs from his mother, Chairwoman Emeritus Mary Tarango, who was a dancer for Miwok leader William "Bill" Franklin.
