𝟏- 𝐍𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐞 𝐃𝐨𝐰𝐧

NICHING DOWN helps you in more ways than 1 as it makes it easier for your dream clients to find you, it helps you create "priming" content that will attract READY TO BUY leads and it allows you to hone in on a profitable niche instead of chasing the 'right fit' clients for your program among so many other things.

Failing to do this can make it harder for you to find clients willing to pay you high ticket prices for your program as you would be searching for a needle in a haystack! That’s like spending time trying to appeal to EVERYONE and their aunties just to sell 1 cookie.

𝟐- 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡

Once you know WHO it is you want to help, conducting some market research will save you a lot of time & frustration as you are able to understand what your dream client wants before you start putting a program together!

Why put a program together that your dream client does not understand or have no need for? Get to understand what s/he wants first!

𝟑- 𝐅𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤

Your framework is your entire approach wrapped in a bundle as you NAME IT! Think of 4-5 steps your ideal client would need to take to get to their transformation and NAME that process. If you are a new health coach (or still trying to get your first client) doing this is the way to go you are selling a transformation through an approach to call people in.

Once you successfully identify hot leads by doing this, get them on a market research call to ask them to become a founding member to craft your actual offer.

𝟒- 𝐌𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠

If you want to stand out in this world wide web, your messaging will need to be ON POINT! This is where you need to get crystal clear about who your ideal client is when you are talking, what she is struggling with (not on the surface but really the stuff that is making sh*t difficult for her), and this is where you start really standing out and attracting your dream clients…

So instead of saying that you "help moms who want to boost their self confidence and get healthier" - I want you to get a little bit more personal and CLEAR on your messaging. Try something like this instead: "I help moms ditch counting macros and exercising nonstop, and leverage my 'Health Made Simple' formula, to find an easier way to implement a healthier lifestyle that their entire family can enjoy so they can get lasting results with weight loss and other health goals."

Using a statement like this is more impactful as it calls in the RIGHT person who can identify with that.

Now you have the 4-steps you need RIGHT NOW to get started on transitioning your holistic health expertise & skills to the online space, to get you that much closer to making a bigger difference in the lives of the people you encounter in your career, and to be on your way to planning your 9-5 exit strategy.

These are the very steps I teach my clients to land their first and next high-ticket clients at $1,500 each and make enough money to leave their 9-5.

What do you do?

I get it! You want to have credentials to back yourself up, been there, and done that. I also get that you think you need to have it all figured out before you reach out to find potential clients, and this is causing you to extend the time in your day job, which you are dying to get out of, but instead, you’re seeking perfection in your offers and your approach to business in order to take the necessary steps to be booked out.

🛑STOP that overthinking! Here is how you can start to communicate your offer clearly:

What you actually need to be working on is not the perfect offer, it's communicating the VALUE you have as a health coach to those dream clients out there, in order to build visibility and credibility.You can do this by being clear on:

> HOW & WHY you are the best health coach for your ideal client
> HOW & WHY your program/offer is the solution to your ideal client's burning desire

Once you start working on that, you may be asking yourself how you're going to get that potential client from awareness to purchase 🤷🏾‍♀️?

I’ll tell you how…

👉🏾When sharing your value, focus NOT on the actual offer such as the deliverables like how many coaching calls you offer, worksheets, workbooks, access to apps, etc…

…but focus rather on the VALUE and the RESULT it will provide. For example I would say: "Go from zero clients to your first and next clients using my Expedited Expert Formula to help you stand out as a health coach and attract 'READY TO BUY' clients through clear messaging and implement a priming content strategy instead of constantly calling in folks who tell you '𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘨𝘳𝘢𝘮 𝘪𝘴 𝘵𝘰𝘰 𝘦𝘹𝘱𝘦𝘯𝘴𝘪𝘷𝘦, 𝘐 𝘤𝘢𝘯'𝘵 𝘢𝘧𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘥 𝘪𝘵 𝘳𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵 𝘯𝘰𝘸' on every discovery call".

Your dream client 𝒘𝒂𝒏𝒕𝒔 to have a Cinderella transformation and you need to sell that to her, not all the pieces of your actual offer.

If you don’t learn how to sell your value & value of your offer from the very beginning, you won’t attract those high-ticket dream clients and start to book out your health coaching business. You’ll end up struggling to get qualified leads on discovery calls, exhausted with being ghosted every time you talk about your offer, and burnt out from getting objections like “𝘐 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘤𝘩𝘦𝘤𝘬 𝘮𝘺 𝘧𝘪𝘯𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘦𝘴” and your DM’s left on “𝙨𝙚𝙚𝙣”.

So when sharing "value", I'm focusing on what they'd walk away with instead of worksheets/what they get in my program.

If more than 50% of your content are tips on how-to do this, or your free resource to do 𝐗𝐘𝐙, I have to tell you...

Sharing so much educational content does not really help you attract or sign more high-ticket clients in your health coaching business! It is only stopping you from creating impactful content that will actually help your ideal client see HOW your program is the answer to what they're looking for.

Don't misunderstand me here as I do believe that there is a time & place for educational content but sharing this how-to content is not what will set you up as an expert or get folks to want to work with you.

It really boils down to the level of trust you can foster around what you promise them in your program...

You should be creating content that helps you position yourself as an expert and educational content alone does not do that for you.

That type of content attracts folks that like to Google & need self-help answers to problems they have, 𝐍𝐎𝐓 people that need the help that YOU and your program can deliver.
Your ideal clients will buy from you for 3 reasons: 1- they trust your program, 2- they trust themselves enough, 3- they trust YOU.

So it really just boils down to 𝑻𝑹𝑼𝑺𝑻 and how-to content doesn’t help build all of those nor does it help you show up as a true expert…

Your ideal client should know that your program is indeed the answer to their problems & sharing those recipes or exercise routines 50%+ of the time is not that answer. It is just a way to keep them busy & looking at your posts instead of reaching out to work with you.

Trust me, I get the logic behind doing this in that order before getting your first clients, BUT...

You're focusing time & effort on things without considering what your clients actually want & need - without validating your offer at all

What you need to spend your time doing as a new(er) health coach is learning how to clearly communicate how valuable what you have to offer is & what transformation your dream clients will experience so you can share those with them & build anticipation within your audience.

This is why so many new health coaches give up within the first year of starting their business. They become so frustrated with their inability to sell their program or reach their desired income goals as they had NO IDEA how to build interest and desire of their audience when it came to their offer. So they eventually give up.

I really don't want you to go through that sis, so let me give you some game here. Doing it this way ensure that your offer is VALIDATED before you start promoting it:

👉🏾 Think of your framework & process (how you will get your client from Step 1 to Step 20)

👉🏾 Build a community and engage with them!

👉🏾 Start pre-selling your offer based on the transformation they can expect (𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙙𝙚𝙡𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙚𝙨 - 𝘦.𝘨. 𝘢𝘤𝘤𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘵𝘰 𝘮𝘦𝘢𝘭 𝘱𝘭𝘢𝘯𝘴, 16 𝘱𝘳𝘪𝘷𝘢𝘵𝘦 𝘤𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘴, 𝘦𝘵𝘤.)

Social media or the freaking algorithm may not be the problem 🤭

Your content strategy and your marketing game needs to be on point as a health coach to set yourself apart, lady.

Just because you’ve never had a client does NOT mean you should want everyone and they mama to join your health coaching program.

Your messaging is very important when messaging your health coaching program to make sure you are calling in the RIGHT person.

If you’re constantly posting stuff and saying this is for the young person in college, or the single mom who’s struggling to make ends meet but your program costs 4-figures or more then you basically working against yourself.

If you’re set on your price, consider rethinking your niche/audience to make sure you make your message a bit more clear.

If you’re set on that niche/audience, you may need to rethink the price 🤷🏾‍♀️

The choice is yours but you have to think about the whole picture and not just one of those things. Set your price and market to the right audience.

Can’t be out here blaming social media and the algorithm for work you didn’t do well.

In order to start booking out your health coaching program, you need to get out of your feelings, take action & do the work!

The copy & pasting an "𝘐 𝘩𝘦𝘭𝘱 𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵" to every FB group without even having a sales strategy and just praying someone wants to work with you >> 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐬𝐧'𝐭 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 🙆‍♀️!

Truth is that everyone & they 𝒃𝒆𝒔𝒕 𝒇𝒘𝒆𝒏 doing the same sh*t out here these days 👀.

𝐒𝐨 𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐮𝐭...

>> Share more than just your plain ole "I help statement" that is not moving the needle.
>> Share content your audience actually WANTS
>> Show up & build relationships with a side of tactful sales 🥂

𝐆𝐞𝐭 𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐰𝐚𝐲 👏!

Stop letting the stories you tell yourself about what YOU should be doing stand in your way.

Stop letting excuses be the reason why you 𝐃𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐃𝐄 not to take action...

Because at one point you have to ask yourself who's responsible for making your dreams come true...

Because at the end of the day if it ain't working, you have to keep it moving & sit in your own stuff💩 >> so with love I say to 𝒔𝒕𝒆𝒑 𝒐𝒖𝒕 𝒐𝒇 𝒚𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒇𝒐𝒓𝒕 𝒛𝒐𝒏𝒆!!!

Have those meaningful conversations, craft a high ticket offer your dream client actually wants (validate it), implement an actual sales strategy that gets you results.

Health coaching certification programs were not designed to teach you how to build a business & how to get clients - and that is what you actually have & say you want >> 𝐀 𝐁𝐔𝐒𝐈𝐍𝐄𝐒𝐒.

Stop treating your business like a hobby if you want it to thrive and get a coach or mentor to help you get to the next level 𝐘𝐎𝐔 want to be in as an entrepreneur.

"But I don't like sales" or "I am not good at having conversations" or "I'm an introvert & can't do this" just won't cut it anymore.

There's nothing cute about choosing to stay stuck... 𝘚𝘰𝘳𝘳𝘺 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘴𝘰𝘳𝘳𝘺...

You can't want to book out your health coaching program with premium clients but unwilling to do what it takes 🤦🏾‍♀️...

Make it make sense.

When building trust with your audience or building a community or fans or potential clients for your health coaching program - having meaningful conversations is where it's at!

and I stand behind that 100%!

If you are a health coach, do not let your expectations or past experiences of what happens in the DMs affect HOW you show up in a conversation.

Be YOU every time and if that conversation is not aligned with what YOU want - you can gracefully exit.

Show up and have conversations with people you meet on social media, have some conversations...

You never know. They might be a DREAM client.

Only thing is you gotta actually get out of your comfort zone and talk to people if you want to drive sales to your health coaching program using organic marketing.

You gotta build those relationships by having those meaningful conversations!!!

Why Posting Free Tips and "Value Content" is Making it Harder for You to Book Out your Health Coaching Program and How to Fix it...

❌Just posting those free tips & recipes with no strategy to get & close leads is NOT the answer, girlfriend.

𝘿𝙚𝙨𝙥𝙞𝙩𝙚 what these OG health coaches out here are telling you...

Eventually you'll be tapped out with creating content 20-30 hour weeks with NO revenue to show for it. You will be showing up on stories because *they* told you to but still have a ZERO account balance for your business.

That's 𝑵𝑶𝑻 a sustainable business.

In order to *actually* find & get leads to join your coaching program, there are 3 main things that your coaching business needs to do...

𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘨𝘪𝘷𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘧𝘳𝘦𝘦 𝘵𝘪𝘱𝘴 𝘮𝘶𝘭𝘵𝘪𝘱𝘭𝘦 𝘵𝘪𝘮𝘦𝘴 𝘢 𝘸𝘦𝘦𝘬 𝘪𝘴 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘮 (𝘴𝘶𝘳𝘱𝘱𝘱𝘳𝘳𝘳𝘪𝘴𝘦!!).

Today, we will focus on 1 of those.

You need a "𝑷𝒓𝒊𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒈" 𝑪𝒐𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝑺𝒕𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒆𝒈𝒚.

A "priming" piece of content does 4 things.

1- It challenges your future client to believe s/he CAN do the work
2- It handles objections your future client has about your program
3- It clearly shows your future client how YOUR program is the solution
4- It talks about your program and HOW it solves her/his problems

By switching from a "value post" or "giving free tips" strategy

Health coaches, ever heard that getting coaching clients required posting on social media 24/7?!🚫

I know that's what I thought it took to get consistent coaching clients

When I started my coaching business, I was overwhelmed with everything all the “experts" said to do.

> Post in Facebook™ groups
> Host multiple free webinars
> Dance on tik tok or pst Reels
> Show up all day on stories

And so on…..

By the end of each day, I had felt like I got absolutely NOTHING accomplished.

I felt pulled in a million different directions and there were still NO coaching clients.

I was told to “try harder” until something sticks, because that was the only way to get more clients.

I knew something had to change so I got to work. I started auditing what was working for me and what was not.

I knew if i could just figure out how to get more quality engagement on my content & put the right offer in front of my audience the clients would start to flow in

I looked at my offers and my engagement to figure out what needed to change and in June 2021, it clicked and I have not looked back.

I hit my first 10K in June and what I was doing was working!

What changed? It wasn't posting on social media 24/7

It was making things really simple.

Failing to do this will keep you stuck 🤭

Stuck >> not being able to get clients

Stuck >> not being able to attract the right clients

and more...

It is easy to jump on Facebook and like a few posts as you scroll, and even comment here and there, but as a health or fitness coach are you being mindful when you do this?

Do you have an intention behind those actions?

Are you interacting with the intention of building a community? Of getting to really know your audience?

A large part of growing your community and following is building and maintaining authentic relationships.

If you are just aimlessly scrolling and liking, you aren't serving yourself or your business in that way.

As a health coach your goal is to connect and empower your clients, right?

Then stop hiding and get social with your audience.

You must nurture and create authentic working relationships!

I have found that if I make a thoughtful or thought-provoking comment on an ideal client's post, they're more likely to respond and actually have a conversation.

Communication is the foundation of a relationship, which is what you are trying to create.

Be authentic and be real so you can create these relationships that will be the building blocks in your health or fitness coaching business!

I believe we are all able to create and maintain authentic relationships, but we have to be willing to put in the time and effort it takes to do so.

I DON'T BELIEVE IN THAT SH*T 🤔.

New Year's Resolutions are not my thing. I am not going to let 2021 end without getting closer to my BIG goal.

Resolutions like that have never been my thing and they just don't make sense.

If you want something, and you are ready for change then MAKE IT HAPPEN!!!

> Start that online health coaching business
> Sign up for that program you want to join
> Buy that new car you want
> Go on that dream vacation YOU want

It is about doing the work just as much as it is about making it happen.

If you don't take the steps or make the CHOICES that lead you to those goals, they will feel like dreams.

I know I'm not about that wishful thinking anymore.
