3:00 PM WEDNESDAY: Here's the latest snowfall forecast with Thursday's storm. The track has shifted just a bit to the south, which will favor a slight uptick in snowfall totals. From Rochester eastward, at least 3 inches of snow can be expected, with higher totals further east and north. Snowfall potential decreases further to the south and west.
