Job Duties

Monitor Powrful clients’ pages
Engage with potential customers via Facebook messenger
Manage calendars and book appointments for clients
Communicate openly with Powrful staff and clients
Daily tracking and reporting
Experience and Credentials

HS Diploma preferred but not required
Professional communication and/or marketing experience preferred
Administrative experience preferred
Requirements

Familiarity with social media platforms and online calendar/appointment scheduling platforms
Night and Weekend availability
Proficient in typing
Ability to multi-task is a must
Excellent communication skills, including consistent use of proper grammar
Some remote work available
Willingness to adapt to an ever-changing career field

The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively setting consultations with excellence.

*This position has a very lucrative bonus structure in addition to the base hourly rate. You can make upwards of $30/hr in a shift!*

Responsibilities:

-Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
-Follow communication “scripts” when setting estimates
-Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
-Respond to questions and concerns of prospective customers
-Transfer customers to correct departments if needed
-Enter customer information into appropriate company's calendar with accuracy and attention to detail
-Properly track appointments set in Powrful software
-Attend and participate in Powrful meetings when necessary

Skills:

-Accuracy in data entry
-Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
-Familiarity with CRM/calendar systems and practices
-Ability to work both independently and as a team
-Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
