Many of you know I started a "Voice Over" business just over three years ago. That has lead to a suite of services like The Webinar Guy (Webinar hosting/moderation), Greenscreen spokesperson, UGC acting (UgcActor.com) and other goodies like "Breaking News" video creation. I recently did this basic recording for a client:

I recorded the "basic" video with the crawler, scroller, and back screen (That I do in recording).
THEN then the buyer had his video editor hit it. AMAZING (I think!) The rest (video & audio effects) was on him:

Probably not, but it depends on how you record. I have my mic on a boom over my head (see video). I can't tell you the last time I used the pop filter.
You be the judge!

Today we look at some of the draw backs and pitfalls of using on-screen talent!
I was speaking yesterday with my most frequent customer that uses me for on-screen spokes person work. She said they’d been in a meeting a week or two ago and suddenly thought, “What if Grant decides not to do this anymore? Or if he got really sick, or…”
Well, there’s that.
