Growing up in the 80's, I loved Strawberry Shortcake and all her friends. Seeing these cute little collectibles at GameStop today made my inner little girl very happy. Yes, they also smell sweet and I want them all.

Finally found the Disney Doorables Star Wars The Phantom Menace sets. As a huge Star Wars fan, these were a no brainer. Will I get the rare version?

Picked up some new Disney Munchlings today. Love that these are scented but not all smell well. Check out the ones I opened today.

I did it. I went back to Sam's club to get the other LEGO botanical set they had. I need to find a good place to display them. I have my nerd room but these should be out in a more public area of the house. These LEGO designers are incredible. I would love to be a creator that works with LEGO, maybe as my numbers grow they would accept me. I need a larger space for all my Star Wars LEGO sets.

So I finally did it! I just published my first eBook on Amazon. It is in the review stage but it is still very exciting. It is the chapter I wrote last year for "Mom Magic: Moms for Change". It is just 6 pages but it tells a very important part of my story that I believe will help others and explains more about me.

I found this beautiful set at Sam's Club for less than at the LEGO store so I couldn't resist. I may go back and pick up the Chrysanthemum set as well. I have a black thumb so this is the only way I can keep plants alive.
