In the idea stages of this reel I wanted to share that the admin or behind the scenes work is a big part of what I do in order to maintain a creative business - even if it is just doom-scrolling to keep up with trends which does take an good amount of time π
Right now, I'm trying to work on systemizing and automating the admin work so that the team can focus on what we do best π tell stories, be creative, problem solve, and create content π
