In 1995 Larry G. Rakes surveyed a 247.5235 plot of land for Stephen and Mary Swartz. In the survey, it notes that there is a 4 acre plot where the boundaries are unknown. The deed for the 4 acres is listed in deed book 75 page 395. In 2019, Stephen Swartz received a court order to Quiet a deed listed in deed book 34, page 571, the predecessor to the deed in 75/395....

We have been registered in the Draper Children's parade in Eden and the Ridgeway parade, both on 12/3. The Draper parade will be at 11:30, Draper section of Eden, NC and then 5:30 in Ridgeway, VA.
