Algorithm aside, can I share a little glimpse of reality with you all real quick? When I started doing nails 4 years ago, I had no idea what exactly came with the role of a nail technician, and it’s still unfolding for me day by day. I just wanted to express myself through art, but only God knew the impact I would have on those looking from the outside in. On December 6, 2023 we had a group of high school students visit us from the Richmond Technical Center, right before their state board exam. We gave them a tour of the salon, shared some of our personal experiences, & we even got to hear a little bit about them and what brought them to take this leap of faith. If you’re seeing this post, I want you to know that even this early in your journey I AM SO PROUD OF YOU. Becoming a beauty professional is not an easy task and sometimes it takes YEARS to really get to where you wanna be.
