100g of fruit equal a little over 1/2 a cup...

And I love grapes, the highest one the list, wow!!!

As I was typing this, GOD gave me a WORD. It's not so bad to be lower on the list, it doesn't minimize your value or worth... look at that avocado, lime, lemon,and strawberry...man, I needed that reminder.

Normally, I'd share this to my weight loss group but it was too good not to share to my personal page.

First time doing an hour on the treadmill. Feels good although I wanted to stop about 5 times, I pushed on through.

Surgery was June 19, 2024

Highest weight ever 272 ( 2 years ago)
Weight when I decided 253
Surgery weight 237
Today's weight 230 (7lb loss in 2 days)
Goal weight is 140-ish

I am excited for this journey!!!

So happy to be here, but sad to leave, lol!

The hospitality I'm shown each time I visit Nigeria, is not short of awesome. I'm very pleased and grateful.

That being said, if you've never traveled outside of the USA, you need to. I didn't truly understand why we are the land of the free/ land of opportunity, until I left the country. We, as Americans, do take things for granted.
