Our Story

Early in 2015, two working musicians, one aspiring vocalist, and a world class photographer started a new journey into the world of rock and metal. The goal, to pursue the passion for music, give artists a genuine platform, and give listeners something real. Honest Brutality started as a podcast and website. In 2016 HB joined the Rock Rage Radio family with a weekly radio show focused on bringing burgeoning, unsigned, and unknown artists to the listeners. Honest Brutality has continued growing to include , concert promotions (Redwood Metalfest), charity events (Bands Against Bullying), concert coverage (Aftershock Festival,Vans Warped Tour), live feeds, and a staff of over 15 people that have become a family. Honest Brutality is not just a show, it’s a way of life. Join us on our journey and welcome to the family.
