I am super excited today to finally release a bit of what we have been working hard on the past few months!

Brats is a short film throwback to the glory days of horror when effects were made by hand and tricks of the camera instead of how much green screen you can cram down people's throats. When you think Brats, think Gremlins... The OG

This is what we are hoping to create and honestly we will take whatever help we can get in the process. With the rise of prices in real estate we are noticing a lot more tenant occupied properties being transferred from one investor to another.
