My kids love these Dino eggs but I was definitely not loving the price.
So through some trial and muddy error I found a DIY
“recipe” that worked!
•1/2 cup cornstarch
•1 cup sand
•about 2 tbsp water (depending on the consistency of vour sand)
•a small dino
Leave it out to dry for about a day and that’s it!
1 got two eggs out of this amount.
I used a plastic egg as a mold and discovered it was not super easy so I just molded the second one with my hands and it worked just fine! I foresee many more excavations in our future.
Do your kids like these too?
we are still here finding uses for the bag of wooden pieces we got a Goodwill
Right after this, the kids insisted the fiddle leaf fig tree go in their room😄
this would have also worked with a smaller milk carton or by making the house out of cardboard
what do you think of our little DIY treehouse? Let me know in the comments 😊
Our home school is starting up soon. I decided to transform these three cans into storage for our supplies.
my husband and I have been decoupaging things for years and it’s so simple!
all you need is some mod podge and a paper napkin.
You’re going to want to peel your napkin back until you only have the top layer measure it to fit you can, or you can cut off the excess later
Then you add one coat of mod podge to the can
(I painted my white first)
carefully place your napkin over the mod podge and press down, gently being careful to get in the grooves but not to rip the paper towel
After a few minutes, you can add a topcoat of mod podge to seal it all in
Can you believe I only used one napkin for all these three cans and I still had some left over 🙌🏽
what do you think? Let me know if you would like to see more of our homeschool prep
once they are dry, you have cans that almost look painted.
They’re having fun and you’re doing enough

Something a little different because this audio really got to me.
I hope you’re having a great Friday friend
