Many years ago, I started something called, “If Words Could Kill”, a series where whoever liked the image would get (consent to) a fictional story where they were the victim (being brutally murdered). I wrote at least three of them (I think). I have decided to post them all to Vocal, where I’ve been posting some of my writing.

I, in fact, forgot how good they were (at least to me).

Since I’ve become unemployed, my daughter and I have had mother daughter Roblox time. There are some weird little games on that app. In this one you roll around on a hotdog. You can mustard yourself. Ketchup yourself. Roll down a slide into a mouth and into a stomach and get dissolved in “stomach acid”. Yep.

I am finally trying to get back to being creative again. And it’s starting to happen. I’m no artist, but I enjoy doing it. Episode 1 As has been discussed, I recently completed a training program (exact details I will not reveal) to help me get recertified for to teach. In that process, I have thought a lot about my future classroom. I am a big proponent of rewards. Honestly, it helped me potty train The Kid. At the current moment in time, I am feeling pretty dumb about my decisions. I decided to quit my job to start training to get a teaching job. But I am slowing running out of money and haven't even gotten an interview yet. Are you superstitious? I try not to be. But… If something good happens to me I automatically assume something is going to go horribly wrong. And I assume that if that something good happens and I don’t start thinking of all the ways it could go wrong then it will definitely go horribly wrong. When something, even the most minuscule, insignificant thing about my routine changes I assume the rest of the day will go wrong....

Over the next several weeks I will slowing be transitioning all sticker sales over to the Redbubble account. I will share that like when I’m not too lazy to look it up.

The reason is simple: I’m gonna be pretty busy over the next few months and probably (hopefully) forever. I’ve got a thing or two that might turn out good for me but with my luck 🤷‍♀️

I just thought everyone might enjoy watching me continue to struggle with my truck. I honestly don’t think it’ll ever run right.

Finally deleted 64 moose and moose sticker related images from my iCloud. What a waste of effort and time that sticker was. Luckily I didn’t waste sticker paper, only copy paper.

Made another sticker no one will buy. This time because it’s niche. From a book but not even one I’ve read. Probably never will read TBH. I worked on this thing for days. And thought fought with my Cricut to make it want to cut right. And no one will buy it. It’s experiences like these that remind me that this one little thing that I “enjoy” doing, that I think would be fun to do, isn’t a sustainable or even smart way to make money. Because I work this hard in something and it’s a complete waste of time. Anyway, no more commissions or requests. If I make a sticker it’s because I wanted to make it. Luckily I don’t print in bulk before I’m paid. The sad truth is that this isn’t the first time this has happened. At least the actual sticker wasn’t made this time.
