We are so excited and honored to feature Greg Byerly as our bo***ir columnist!

A little about Greg:
Hello I am Greg Byerly owner of Digital Dreams. I grew up in Oregon but have traveled the world taking pictures ever since childhood. I was my mothers model when she took photography classes in the late 70’s which led me to want to pick up a camera. I have been shooting most my life and hope to continue until the end.
I believe in serving and guiding you to get the best pictures possible. Real service means doing more than what’s listed in packages. This means actually getting to know you instead of just showing up and pointing a camera in your face. It means knowing when to prompt you through every photo (goodbye forced poses) and when to stand back capturing candid moments unfold. Your memories being captured in a genuine way matters just as much to me as if they were my own.
I am currently based in Eugene, OR. and I am also available for travel assignments worldwide. I am an Internationally Published PNW Photographer and Graphic Artist. Proudly using Canon, DJI, & Apple to produce my art.

PNW Modeling Magazine

Raymond and Andrea Parmalee are a husband and wife team, P5photography, LLC, specializing in wedding and portrait photography in the beautiful Pacific Northwest since 2009. We often get asked where our business name came from. P5 is a representation of our family; P for Parmalee and there are 5 of us.

PNW modeling magazine was created to expand our business, as well as showcase local models, photographers, and everyone it takes to make a fantastic photograph a reality; while at the same time giving back and showcasing this gorgeous area we are blessed to live in.

We will be donating some of our proceeds to Help Portrait. Help Portrait is a global movement of photographers, hairstylists, and makeup artists that use their time, tools, and expertise to help those in need. They are about GIVING the pictures, not taking them. The pictures taken by Help Portrait do not get advertised, it’s about giving people who cannot afford photography a chance to capture a moment and memory; to have that special family picture that nothing can replace. Sometimes we take this for granted but it is such a precious gift.

Through Help Portrait 381,000 portraits have been given around 67 countries. There have been about 75,442 volunteers thus far, with over 3,049 events. We want to help keep this momentum going!

PNW Modeling Magazine Submission Guidelines

1. Submit 4-6 images to [email protected] Please put issue month/theme in subject line **NO CELL PHONE PHOTOS**

2. No logos allowed (photographer will be credited)

3. High resolution images only (minimum 300 dpi, at least 3,300 pixels on longest side for portrait and 5,100 pixels on longest side for landscape)

4. All photo credits must be included with submission (please include everyone involved in the creation of the images)

5. You will be contacted only if your submission is accepted for publication. At this time a release form will be sent and both the model and photographer must fill out and return this form.

PNW Modeling Magazine Terms & Conditions

1. Submissions are non-paid

2. There are no free issues given to participants

3. Images will not be published before or without signed release forms

4. Not all submissions will be published (it is to the discretion of the editors to choose the images that will be published)

5. PNW Modeling Magazine is not responsible for giving specific reasons for rejection

6. No cell phone, selfies or low-resolution images will be accepted

7. PNW Modeling Magazine has the right to refuse submissions from anyone found to have forged a release form

8. A preview will be shown, however, to view the entire magazine it must be purchased through Magcoud

9. When placing your magazine order please be sure that it says Perfect Bound (please contact us if it does not say this)

10. Magcloud is our chosen printing company. If there are any issues with printing of the magazine, please contact Magcloud customer service directly so that they can quickly and efficiently resolve the issue.
