Inspired

This line of work/career has inspired me since I was young. I got my first camera from my Parents when I was 8years old. Its easy to say the rest is History but there have been many ways this I also call a God given talent because long before Pinterest or Facebook or any other creative sites and long before learning F-stop or all the other mathematical or functions of a camera you had to have an Eye or Vision of what you were capturing.

Now of coarse when I was young I admired images from National Geographic, Magazines with eye popping features like any artist you see something as well that has been creative & take to the next level your imagination of possibilities . Time lining for me has also been a great love & writing about images or bringing ideals to life or light so to speak. My first love of Portraits was when I took a field trip from School to the Columbus Museum of Arts, to see such amazing Painted Portraits almost life size just amazed me.

I knew then that I wanted to be a part of that world. I have been fortunate to say I have had no short comings in expressing my self or to say I have had great mentors who pushed me to greater levels.. I have worked side by side with some great talent. I am proud to say I have mentored some outstanding individuals as well who have went on to do great things.

Now to the present I see all the amazing progress in the world of Photography & Video some things truly still amaze me & the convenience of a camera well I guess is good but not everyone is a true Photographer & believe me you can still tell a difference sure we all can get luck shots or timing worked in our favor. I worked in a field of Photography that choose Convenience & Quantity over Quality & Talent. I soon got burnt out on that field though I still kept the passion & even evolved to other fields of this Art it made me better & more under standing of expression as well & you learn the true statement of feast or famine or the starving artist so to speak.
