Paul Peterson, former Salem resident and OSU grad finished 10th at the Sony Open in Hawaii yesterday. Peterson shot a 12-under in his first PGA Tour event since earning his card on the Korn Ferry last fall.

"Yes, it was a very solid start to the year. Very happy with getting off to a good start to the season. Excited to get back at it this week in Palm Desert." Peterson said.

He will be playing this week at the American Express due to his top 10 finish at the Sony Open.

Nate Stember has something to celebrate this Christmas as he qualified for 12 events on the Korn Ferry Tour in 2025 thanks to a great run at the PGA Tour Q-School! Stember is from Portland and played at the University of Oregon, graduating earlier this year.

Gigi Stoll, from Beaverton looks destined to earn her card on the LPGA Tour once again tomorrow. Stoll was a rookie on the LPGA Tour this year, making 10 starts and had her best finish (7th) at the Dow Championship.
