Hello dear friends 👋😊 Hope you are doign well, staying safe and healthy! 💖 Happy to report that, despite our traditional program being on haitus due to the pandemic, Full Life is able to continue supporting our community with safe remote programming. In addition to our safe home vitis to drop off art and activity supplies, we are also running a variety of fun Zoom classes every weekday. An awesome highlight of every week is Yoga with Devi! So great to practice healthy stretching and movement with friends! 🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️🧘🤩🙌 👏💪💖
