Real talk Black men
Black women are tired of fighting.
Black women are tired of loving.
Black women are tired of supporting.
Black women are tired of being abandoned.
Black women are tired of being neglected.
Black women are tired of forgiving.
Black women are tired of hurting.
Black women are tired of trying.
Black women are tired of trusting.
Black women are tired of being alone.
Black women are tired of working so hard.
Black women are tired of not having a choice.
Then I realized... what she's REALLY tired of..... is not being loved back.
She's tired of loving JEFF with all her heart
and watching him LEAVE her for MARY.
It wasn't just the other woman.
It's the fact that he left.
Black women are tired of feeling like they're never enough.
Because they're tired of watching MEN do EVERYTHING and ANYTHING except love them.
Black women are tired of working for EVERYBODY
but NOTHING ever works for them.
Black women are so tired... .. it's SAFER to not give a man a chance.
Because MOST MEN never made the chance worth it.
This is a truth about most black women and most black men.
The only people who are offended are those who refuse to listen.
Black women have been hurt, abandoned and left.
Now they're dealing with it.
So it's very HARD for black women to find good black men.
Because black women are so tired from dealing with the wrong black men.
And that's why
Black women have become as STRONG as BLACK MEN.
So they don't actually NEED men at all.
A black woman has to LET GO of all of THAT
just to receive a good man.
And that's an expensive PRICE
Black women are TIRED of paying.

Comedian Katt Williams said he pushed for a r**e scene to be cut from the 2002 movie “Friday After Next,” his film debut.

“R**e is never funny,” Williams said, explaining his decision in an episode of the “Club Shay Shay” podcast, hosted by former NFL star Shannon Sharpe, that was posted Wednesday.

In the sequel to the hit comedy “Friday,” starring Ice Cube and Mike Epps, Williams played a pimp named Money Mike.

“Money Mike, in the original script, got r**ed in the bathroom,” he said. “The problem with 'Friday After Next' is we’re trying to make a classic comedy, and this comedy involves a r**e, and r**e is never funny no matter who it happens to or what the circumstances are.”

“If you would allow me, allow us to do this movie without a Black man getting r**ed in it, I promise you it will be twice as funny,” he said he told the filmmakers.

Just a little reminder, the federal minimum wage is $7.25 per hour. This rate applies to covered nonexempt workers. The minimum wage for employees who receive tips is $2.13 per hour. The amount of tips plus the $2.13 must reach at least $7.25 per hour. So if your State allows companies to pay you more, than just be thankful because not every state pays employees the same wages as Oregon....
