Yesterday, RPS Events was hit with a multi-alarm fire at their warehouse. Royce and his team are a staple to live events here in the Pacific Northwest. I've had the joy of working with Royce at last year's MPI Cascadia Educational Conference, and have continued to experience his work on several ocasions since.
Thankfully, no one was hurt in the fire, but RPS could use all our help in building back. If you have a moment, please donate or share this link to help support Royce and his team.

It's been such a pleasure to spend the last 4 months as an adjunct professor at my alma mater, Pacific University. Stepping into the TD role for the semester allowed me to work with so many incredible, talented up-and-coming performers and designers, and allowed me a chance to have a homecoming design for our fall theatre production - the world premier of Tunnel City by Grayson Ashford, as well as the Autumn Coreographer's Concert.
Getting to work with these talented young minds was such a refresher. Can't wait to see what these professionals do with their futures.

Last weekend Forbidden Fruit closed at Shaking the Tree Theatre. Part theatre, part installation, this production was truly one for the books, and such an incredible privilege to be a part of. I'm sure I'll be dropping more pictures of this gorgeous show over the next month.

This week we struck Bad World, a devised musical created with . For this piece, we designed an immersive lighting experience using color changing bulbs in the audience to create a truly unique environment.
