🎬 Filmsquatch’s 2024 Year In Review! 🎬

What an incredible year it has been for us at Filmsquatch! 🚀
In Season 2 of our Filmsquatch podcast, we recorded 15 thrilling episodes, now reaching 12 amazing countries! 🌍🎧 A huge THANK YOU to all our supporters—you make this journey possible!

🎬 March: We hit the road for CoastCon in Biloxi, MS, and rocked the Louisiana Comic Con in Lafayette, LA where we gave a panel on the history of Bigfoot in cinema! 🎤🎥

🎬 We had a blast at the Alamo Drafthouse Cinema in Houston, TX, for a special screening of “Sasquatch Sunset.”

🎬 April: At CyPhaCon in Lake Charles, LA, we brought our Bigfoot panel to life and traveled to Fouke, AR, for the legendary Fouke Monster Festival! That’s the home of Boggy Creek!

🎬 May: Our panel was featured at the Calcasieu Parish Short Film Festival in Sulphur, LA, where we also showcased Louisiana filmmaker Mitch Laing talking about the production of his Bigfoot feature, “The Bogman.”

🎬 September: We ventured to beautiful Natchitoches, LA, the oldest city in the state, for The First Annual Natchitoches Louisiana Bigfoot Festival! Largest event we attended this year. Highly recommended.

🎬 October: We joined the Lake Charles Film Festival, presenting a block of 5 Bigfoot short films for our 2nd Annual Filmsquatch Bigfoot Short Film Challenge, where the Dorfman brothers from California won best picture for their short “The Demon’s Doorstep.” 🏆
🎬November: We presented our Bigfoot cinema panel at Nerd Con in Mont Belvieu, TX.

As you can see, it has truly been an eventful year! 🎊

🎙️ Season 3 of the Filmsquatch podcast kicks off in February, and we can’t wait to dive into more Bigfoot film reviews and chat with talented filmmakers creating new Sasquatch movies. I believe this project is dead. They haven't had an update on their page since 2015.
Just from the poster I was all in. Couldn't wait to see it. Great concept.
Maybe some day they will be able to get it made.
