Walked into a Mental Health and Safety Training and was immediately approached by someone who recently experienced the healing energy of Love & Lyrics Open Mic. They told me they were in tears at the show and it was exactly what they needed during a difficult time. They even felt inspired to get on stage soon!

When I get tired...I think about all the beautiful people who create this safe space for expression and connection. Thank you all so much for making this mission bigger than the microphone.
Between advocacy for mental health, providing paid opportunities, and building a network of art...We are just getting starting! Running into this woman got me on fire again!
