HELP THESE KITTIES FIND THEIR FOREVER HOMES BEFORE OCTOBER 11!

We’re heartbroken that our beloved rescue cats at the cafĂ© will need to return to the shelter on October 11 as we transition to work with a new rescue. While they’ll still be shown in different locations, we’re committed to getting them adopted into loving, forever homes BEFORE they leave our care. That means we only have until October 11!

These sweet fur babies have been spayed/neutered, fully vaccinated, and cleared for adoption. They are all ready to find their forever homes!

Anyone in Florida near Orlando, Lakeland, Bartow, Winter Haven, Auburndale, Plant City, Valrico, Brandon, or the Tampa Bay area—we need your help! We know everyone is recovering from the recent hurricane, but if you can, please spread the word or consider adopting.

The shelter and our café will assist with any adoption fees to make sure these kitties get the second chance they deserve.

Let’s give them the homes they’ve been waiting for.

For me journaling is an expression of ritual. Dragging that pen across the paper, feeling the flow of ink, is a ritual. It’s a moment of grounding, of connecting my thoughts to the physical world. Even the simplest acts—like taking a breath, sipping tea, or just noticing the beauty around me—can be a ritual, a form of prayer. It's not about the grandeur; it’s about the presence.

Magic isn’t something you have to reach for—it’s already within you. Every tiny acknowledgment, every second of awareness, is a spark of that magic. And when you recognize that, you realize that life itself is the ritual, and you are always in it.
