The 2022 MTV Video Music Awards are an awards ceremony honoring the best music videos of the year hosted by MTV. Minaj will be honored with the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award. Red Hot Chili Peppers will be honored with the Global Icon Award which will be presented to them by Cheech & Chong.
