Jurassic Forever: Moros intrepidus

This small-bodied, slender-footed therapod weighed around 172 pounds and would barely come up to the shoulder of the average human. It was first discovered in Utah in 2013, and is seen in ‘Jurassic World: Dominion.’
The name is derived from the Greek god Moros: the embodiment of impending doom.

Jurassic Forever: Baby T-Rex

It's a fossil! It's a gem! It's an opalized plesiosaur vertebra! 🦅 ✈️ 🌈

This 822-carat opal is the mold of a vertebra from a 115-million-year-old plesiosaur: a marine reptile. 🌊

Sometimes acidic groundwater dissolves a fossil, leaving a perfectly shaped cavity in its place. 🤩

In this case, a marine reptile’s backbone disintegrated and was filled with a silica-rich gel. That hardened, leaving this treasure for both paleontologists and gemologists. 💎

Jurassic World: Chaos Theory is so much fun.

This weekend, I began watching Jurassic World: Chaos Theory, and found myself unable to pull myself away from the television. The characters from Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous are all grown up, and dealing with a much darker, more intense, dinosaur filled world. In addition to the dinosaur component, a new mystery (whodunnit) element to the show really drives the adventure.

For a few hours, I was lost in the magic and mystery of Dark Jurassic, dinosaurs, and the magic of Jurassic World. What a wonderful place to be in?
