there will be a reasonable/affordable fee for these classes you will be priced with your material that you need for the beginners class i will update here when i come up with how i’m going to do compensation and if you’re local in the greenville/ simpsonville/ spartanburg / greer well the upstate period we will do these classes in person for those of you in another state wanting to learn we will set up zoom meetings or some form of live video

Take time for you and don't feel one ounce of regret. Spent two very long days glued to my computer clearing backlog and sacrificed my workouts which are an integral part of my day to function but I had to get it done. Today I'm making my workout the priority even though I have more work to do. Self love is not selfish.🙏🏾❤️ Happy Saturday 😘
