My body has changed so much since I came here and it’s been much harder for me to loose weight. and I walk 10km everyday. Some days we run. So I have decided that I’m going to try keto diet maybe for a month and then I’ll see how that works for me. Have you done Leto before and is there something I should know about this diet?

When your marriage is new you have to learn each other and the hardest part for me has been sharing everything. That came as a shock that I have to share everything with my husband. And then find something on tv that we both like even though we have different tastes in things. And some months down the line and we’re still trying to figure out what we both like.
