Headed to Tennessee for the holiday and just couldn’t help myself! Several batches, an insulated box, lots of ice packs, and the lovely leftover packing paper courtesy of TMO— they’re ready to for take off ❤️😅 ✈️🦃 Let’s start a new tradition this year and swap out the pumpkin pie for some whoopie pies 😌😌

Just wrapped up my first bake day since I closed up shop in Alaska. I only measured things wrong twice and it was a fixable mistake each time 😂 I made a total of 40 classic whoopies. Tomorrow I will do the same for the oatmeal. Tuesday night I’ll be on a flight for several hours where I plan to edit the videos for TikTok. I wanted to film both today and post tomorrow but my life is pretty busy these days between my new job and my sons play dates ❤️

My giant fluff came in as did a few other ingredients! I’ll be starting my filming of the recipes soon 🙌🏻❤️ my goal is to have all my core recipes shared by the end of the first week of December then to build upon those recipes and teach you all how to modify them. I created these recipes myself and went through several different versions. When doing this my goal was to have an easy to follow process and in measurements that are seamlessly able to be doubled tripled quadrupled etc etc with a next to no need for any math 😊😊 I am extremely excited to share these and hope some of you enjoy making them for the upcoming holiday season.

Life Update Time ⏰⏰

Ask you all know, I have recently moved to Arizona and I wasn’t sure if I would continue the business when getting here. After lots of thought, I have decided that for my health it was best I didn’t. Unfortunately my PCOS takes a heavy toll on me and I simply couldn’t imagine selling a product I couldn’t personally taste test like I’d want to.

At this time, I have accepted a phenomenal position which I am incredibly excited to devote myself to ❤️ But I knew a part of me would still miss each of you no matter what.

So I decided today to try to start a tiktok. Despite several interested parties, no one ever did buy the business or the recipes. Plus with the holiday season really gaining speed, what a perfect time to share my recipes with everyone ❤️

To have not one, but TWOO opportunities to make giant whoopie pies this week has been so amazing!! Announcement 📣

I may have to cancel the pop up at the VFW this Saturday due to personal health reasons. Those who know me personally know I suffer with PCOS and suffer with chronic cysts. I am currently struggling with symptoms and the pain is affecting my ability to maintain my quality standards. I will update you all by tomorrow evening whether or not this event is canceled. ❤️😞

Update: I am officially dropping out of the event. I realized I wouldn’t be able to lift all things safely to pack in and out of there 😭
