Bodies are in a constant season of change. Is this what I expected from my recovery? No. Is it hard to accept? Very. But I have the tool of radical acceptance to help me through this. I don't need to like my body to accept it for what it is. But, I do have to accept it. Accept her. For what she is in this moment. Appreciate her for all she's done for me and gotten me through.

I don't need to like my body, but I do need to nourish her. Every day.
