Dear Mother Earth,
The human species is but one of your many children. Unfortunately, many of us have been blinded by greed, pride, and delusion, and only a few of us have been able to recognize you as our Mother. Not realizing this, we have done you great harm, compromising both your health and your beauty. Our deluded minds push us to exploit you and create more and more discord, putting you and all your forms of life under stress and strain. Looking deeply, we also recognize that you have enough patience, endurance and energy to embrace and transform all the damage we have caused, even if it takes you hundreds of millions of years.

When greed and pride overtake our basic survival needs, the result is always violence and unnecessary devastation. We know that whenever one species develops too rapidly, exceeding its natural limit, there is great loss and damage, and the lives of other species are endangered. For equilibrium to be restored, causes and conditions naturally arise to bring about the destruction and annihilation of that species. Often these causes and conditions originate from within the destructive species itself. We have learned that when we perpetrate violence toward our own and other species, we are violent toward ourselves. When we know how to protect all beings, we are protecting ourselves.
We understand that all things are impermanent and without a separate self-nature. You and Father Sun, like everything else in the cosmos, are constantly changing, and you are only made of non-you elements. That is why we know that, in the ultimate dimension, you transcend birth and death, being and nonbeing. Nonetheless, we need to protect you and restore balance, so that you can continue for a long time in this beautiful and precious form, not just for our children and their children but for five hundred million years and beyond. We want to protect you so you can remain a glorious jewel within our solar system for eons to come.

I’m mentally at a place where I cannot afford to freely give anymore.

Unfortunately, I learned a hard lesson about pouring from an empty cup and simply refuse to do it again.

My mental capacity won’t allow me to accept one sided energy any longer.

So know that when I charge for my time, I’m charging based on years of research, energy and time I’ve spent perfecting my craft.

I’m charging based on the work and effort I’ve put into becoming the best version of myself so I can help YOU do the same.

It’s an energy exchange…

I cannot and will not manage someone else’s feelings.

When you’re truly ready to invest in yourself and stop making excuses, hit me up.

Only then will I entertain the idea.

Subconsciously, we evaluate peoples’ worth based on how many hours they work or how “in demand” they are.

We prize "busy" above all else.

The truth is, nothing is more precious than time.

It’s a cliché, but it’s true.

Escaping the cult of “busy” means taking time to rest, press pause, re-evaluate.

At a certain point, we have to make a choice:

Do we want to be busy just to be busy, or do we want to make an impact?

The original agreement was called the Bangladesh Accord and was due to expire August 31st!

The new version, called the International Accord, went into effect September 1st and will be expanded to other countries as well!

This last month I’ve done a deep dive into shadow work. Getting intimate and well acquainted with my ego.
I don’t even know how to explain what I’ve been experiencing.
It’s like my ego is fighting tooth and nail to stay attached to me. The ego backlash has been painful and sometimes intolerable. I’m healthier than I’ve ever been yet the bones in my body ache tremendously.
I feel like each shadow session is legitimately ripping my body and mind apart.
The more I strip myself of anything I give superficial value to, the harder it fights to break me down.
Is this even a thing?
I can feel an overwhelming sense of emotion being stored in every joint, tendon, muscle.
The more I expose my shadow self the more pain I feel.
My ego… she’s fighting to stay with me. And why not? She’s been a part of me for as long as I can remember. She’s brought me comfort in the form of lies, judgment, anger, separation, superiority, inferiority, sin, hate, pity, self sabotage, fear…sadness.

The minute I release one of these ego driven comforts, the minute she panics and digs her claws in.

This is hard…

But here’s what I know…. There is no one more dedicated to healing than I am. Dig in bitch… I’m in this for the long haul. I have a purpose, and a mission, and I won’t stop until I do what I came here to do.

Rest feeds you revolution...

Through rest, we heal, we regenerate, we rebuild.

In order to remain spirtually connected and vibrant, I need to honor myself and take some down time.

Honoring myself is my non-negotiable condition of my revolution.

I will be taking most of the month of August to reset and dive deep into healing.

I plan to be back online full time in Septemeber!

And... let this be a reminder that you do not have to identify with exhaustion.

Being a revolutionary for change takes a toll mentally and emotionally. Be committed to serving others, yes, but also commit the same time and energy to your wellbeing.

Today, we are celebrating true freedom. They forgot to tell you that it is your birthright. It already lives within.

Freedom cannot be found in social status. It can't be achieved with degrees, certificates, or knowledge. Freedom doesn't depend on the kind of house you live in or the car you drive. It CANNOT be found at the surface.

No human can grant you freedom.

Freedom is WITHIN. It's not a destination. It's not permanent. It's soul work. It's a constant opening and healing of the soul.

If you don't feel free. You're not.

When you feel it, you'll know it.

Fear is the real prison. It is the very heart of oppression, supremacy, and inferiority.

Unshackle yourself from fear. The oppressor is not God. Look higher for that affirmation.

Take back your power. Take back your freedom.

Let that be the independence you celebrate.

Why shouldn’t we use plastic bags?
• Americans use over 380 billion polyethylene bags and wraps per year
• An estimated 100 billion of those bags are the free carry-out bags that have
proliferated since their introduction in 1978
• An estimated 12 million barrels of oil are used to make these single-use
plastics
• The amount of petroleum used to make one plastic bag would drive a car
about 11 meters.
• Factories around the world churned out a whopping 4-5 trillion of them in
2002, ranging from large trash bags to thick shopping totes to flimsy grocery
sacks.
Americans throw away approximately 100 billion polyethylene shopping
bags per year
Of those, only 1-2% are recycled
• It takes 1000 years for polyethylene bags to degrade/break down
• Plastic bags don’t biodegrade, they photo-degrade, breaking down into
smaller and smaller toxic bits contaminating soil and waterways. They then
enter the food chain as animals ingest them.
• Plastic bags clog both our solid waste facilities and storm drains.
• Plastic is the largest source of ocean litter.
• Ocean debris worldwide kills at least 1 million sea birds and 100,000
mammals each year, the U.S. National Oceanic and Atmospheric
Association has estimated.
