NVCA hopes to build a new early education building on its vacant parcel north of Westland Road and 27th Drive. Existing zoning allows this use, however the school must submit a traffic impact analysis to the city. Neighbors are concerned about the lack of a traffic signal at the intersection. Neighbors are invited to join in a virtual public meeting today (Monday, June 17) at 2 p.m. to hear about and weigh in on the latest on North Valley Christian Academy's plans for the vacant parcel they own just north of the intersection of 27th Drive and Westland Road. Residents in the area have expressed the need for a stop light at the busy intersection. According to the agenda, NVCA is planning a preschool and parking lot on the parcel.
