As Americans, the U.S. Constitution was written to protect us from an overly abusive & intrusive government. The Pa. State Constitution goes a step further when it says our 2nd amendment rights "shall not be infringed or questioned"!
Yet Bucks County State Reps, JOE HOGAN & K C. TOMLINSOM cast the DECIDING votes in the State house to remove YOUR rights!!!
They also sided with the Democrats & voted for a DEMOCRATIC HOUSE SPEAKER this robbing YOU of the opportunity to have VOTER ID in Pennsylvania!
Below is a post I made in 2019 outlining why such laws were just FLAT OUT WRONG!!! We have nothing to fear but fear itself!!!

With all the talk of "Red Flag Laws", we all have to take a step back from the emotion of the situation & look at ALL aspects of enacting such laws ( laws that circumvent CONSTITUTIONAL rights ). Our nation was founded & survives to this day because the founders created a structure of government that did not allow the state ( government) power over " certain rights" as outlined in the Constitution. An implementation of such "laws" would circumvent the 2nd amendment, the 4th amendment, the 6th amendment & the 14th amendment. Do we really want to go down that path & surrender our personal liberties to the state? When the citizens willfully allow the state to have control, they "give implied permission" for more" we know best" legislation. Or, an example many of you know, throw a frog in boiling water, it jumps out. Put a frog in cool water & slowly bring it to a boil, it will stay in there till it's to late & die. My challenge to all of you that fear for your safety & that of family & friends, DO NOT OPERATE, THINK & REACT out of fear. After 9/11, President Bush made the most important statement he could make, CONTINUE ON ! We must understand, AMERICA /FREEDOM is hard. Keeping those freedoms is hard. If we give into fear, if we relinquish that which we fought so hard for out of fear then this republic, this beacon of personal governance will disappear. The founders ( intellectual Giants unlike we have yet to see again in history ) knew this and crafted a document that helps ensure that. DON'T LET FEAR be the tool that dismantles it.
