Growing up, I always thought the church was a safe haven.

But as I got older, I realized it wasn't the building that hurt me, it was the people inside. But then I heard something that changed everything.

We are the church. We are the body of Christ. And together, we can heal and make a difference.

Church leadership and believers, within many Faith Communities, who have caused you pain or trauma, we have to release the burden of anger, let go of our hurt, and truly embrace forgiveness which can be your power for your healing.
