If you were wondering how the last shot in RAIDERS OF THE LOST ARK was done, first there was a matte painting created of the warehouse. It was done on glass by artist Michael Pangrazio. Then the camera filmed the man pushing the Ark through a blank spot in the painting. Et Voilà!
