Not really any of the stuff I was hoping for (yet…) but thanks to all of the generosity for helping and donating in the hard times. Things are going well and I’ll be back at it soon.

There’s something about the Jake Paul thing that links to EDM. There’s an article I can’t be bothered to write about how the shift to spectacle over art is all we can expect in future, and yeah - predicted as much in my books.

Watching Jake Paul is like watching an EDM DJ suddenly appear on front covers. You know for a fact they haven’t paid their dues. You know their work is for s**t. You know it was all bought, you know it’s what America does best - elevate fame at all costs over anything else. Absolute supremacism.

And if being “number one” means cheating, lying and buying your way there and it all being a pose - it simply doesn’t matter in modern society.

We live entirely in The Spectacle now.

And Guy Debord called it all in the 1960s.

Forest Treasures from last week.

A week and a half before Forest someone broke into my car, fortunately not much was in there.
Unfortunately I kept my candy in a bag with quarters and that was in the car and just about the only thing stolen after they tore apart the glove compartment looking for valuables.

I was worried with nothing to wear and trade I wouldn’t collect much at forest but glad to say I was wrong and got some great stuff as well as made a new candy at the art bar.
