Welcome Dusty 45’s to the River City DJ collective!

Dusty 45’s (aka Brody Maag) has been a fixture in the Peoria music scene since the early ‘90s as both a musician and concert promoter, while also working at local record stores.

He is interested in new releases and new discoveries. Brody is engrossed in all variations of Blues and Country, the building blocks to our great musical history that birthed all the mutations of Rock, Soul and Jazz.

He currently plays drums in super88 and The Whiskey Trust, and also records and performs solo as Brody Maag Hits. Brody has DJ’d at various bars and parties around town. Most recently he has been playing records at his family’s restaurant, Rhythm Kitchen.

🎁 This is gonna be fun!!!! To wrap up (ha!) 2024 Vinyl Nights at The Bar at BLACK BAND, we’re hosting a White Elephant gift exchange on Dec. 16.

Regift 😈 from your treasure trove at home, be silly, think musically if you want, and if you do buy something keep it under $10. You don’t need to play to attend — grinches allowed! 😜

Fun starts at 6pm with the exchange at 7pm.

We love that Vinyl Night has become a staple in so many weekly routines, but it’s been an ever-evolving event! Starting this Monday, we’re opening the doors at 5 pm for cocktails and dinner service. Music will still start at 6 pm, but stop by right after work for some tasty drinks and dinner. Thanks to everyone who makes Monday the best night of the week! 🎶✨
