Overnight backpacking trip on the Appalachian Trail. Climbed to the top of Hawksbill Mountain, which is the highest peak in Shenandoah National Park at 4050 ft. Camped at Rock Spring Hut. Tried out new tent - Gossamer Gear: The Two. Easy to set up and much roomier than my Nemo Hornet. It was a great overnight trip. Learned a few new things and gained more confidence. Was hoping to see a bear, but didn’t. Can’t wait to get back out there!
