Polls will open for the Special Election's Republican Primary tomorrow, Tuesday, January 28 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. The Beach Church, 920 Panferio is the beach's polling location.

Voting on Special Primary Election Day, January 28th? Check out these Election Day Tips.
 
    •    Confirm the location of your polling place: check your sample ballot, voter information card, EscambiaVotes.gov (http://escambiavotes.gov/), or call 850-595-3900.
    •    Check your registration status: http://escambiavotes.gov/am-i-registered (http://escambiavotes.gov/am-i-registered) , [email protected] (mailto:[email protected]), 850-595-3900.
    •    If you need to update your address, contact us before Special Primary Election Day so you can be directed to your polling location.
    •    Photo and signature ID required for all voters. If you do not present an approved ID, you may vote a provisional ballot.
    •    Review your sample ballot before Election Day to familiarize yourself with the contest. You can view your sample ballot online at EscambiaVotes.gov/sample-ballots (http://www.escambiavotes.com/).
    •    Study and mark your sample ballot and bring it with you to the polls.
    •    Registration books closed on Dec. 30 – new registrations for this election may not be made at the polls.
    •    You may not return your Vote-By-Mail ballot to your precinct on Election Day. It must be received in the Elections Office by 7 p.m. Election Day.
    •    If you requested a Vote-By-Mail ballot but chose not to return it and wish to vote at your polling place instead, please bring your ballot with you so it can be canceled.
    •    Early voting ended Saturday Jan. 25th. If you have not yet voted or did not request a Vote-By-Mail ballot by Jan. 16th, you must go to your designated precinct on Election Day.
    •    The busiest times at the polls are 7:00 a.m. until 9:00 a.m., during lunch, and from 4:30 p.m. until the polls close at 7:00 p.m.

Gulf Breeze High School Lacrosse Boosters Club at Laguna's Beach Bar + Grill. A fun fundraiser. 11a.m. to 5 p.m.

This just in...Queen Nauga One saw tiny paw prints on the snow covered sand. The Naugas have awakened from their slumber. They are ready to present the 30th Annual Krewe of Nauga Champagne Breakfast and Native Noontime Ball Saturday, Jan. 25 at The Dock, 11 a.m. $20 at the door includes breakfast and champagne, party favors and live music.
