Meet Dr Karyn Staples at ProHealth Physical Therapy And Pilates Studio.

Meet Dr. Karyn Staples: Owner, Physical Therapist, and Pilates Expert

For the past 20 years, Dr. Karyn Staples, PhD, NCPT, has been at the heart of ProHealth Physical Therapy and Pilates Studio. As the owner and lead physical therapist, she embodies ProHealth’s mission to foster strength, confidence, and overall well-being in every client.

When asked about her most rewarding recent experience, Dr. Karyn shared the story of a long-term client who faced a challenging clavicle fracture in 2024. This affected her ability to utilize her walker for mobility. Through determination and tailored physical therapy, this client has made remarkable progress, regaining independence and confidence in using the walker.

This month, Dr. Karyn’s favorite Pilates move to teach is the Rowing Series on the Reformer, a sequence that helps build strength, alignment, and a sense of balance. January also holds a special place in her heart—it’s a time to reset, set fresh intentions, and embrace the opportunities of a clean slate.

Starting Monday, February 10, 2025, contractors will begin relocating electrical boxes from the inner portion of the Hwy 54 Multi-Use Path Bridge. The project is expected to take most of the week, but no closures are needed. Please use caution, as workers will be present in the area.

What to Expect:

✅ Work completed by the end of the week (weather permitting)
