Fellas, I’m here to let you know that it’s okay to feel too much. It’s okay to wear whatever you want. It’s okay to express those thoughts that are eating you up inside. Let’s break away from the constructs of our upbringing of “brush it off, you’ll be fine,” “get up, crying is for girls”, etc. You don’t need to just ”man up”, you need to heal. Men have the biggest percentage when it comes to su***de. I’m here to spread that awareness. I’m here to help be that voice for you. Please invest in a therapist you are comfortable with, & healthier habits. Always know that you are seen and you are heard 🫶🏾
