Back in May I started to eat healthy again and detox all the bad stuff from my diet. I continued on until June and lost 10 lbs. I don't know how much more weight I lost in this last month but I've been hitting my floor exercises and yoga everyday when I wake up and come home in the evening. I'm feeling the results for sure

This morning was super busy! I started off with a zoom meeting and then went to a spa session that targeted my fat cells in my belly. I had some red light therapy and got on a vibrating machine that shook my whole body! 

Then I went to meet with my buddy Saul at Cafe Con Arte and dropped off an accordion that I donated! I hope someone in the next generation picks up the mantle and falls in love with that instrument!

Yeaterday morning I went out on a fisherman's tube with back support. On yesterday's program, I kept talking about the fear of the unknown and trying new things and that feeling anxiety from trying new things is normal. I was filled with fear and anxiety this morning before getting on this tube. I was afraid of getting sucked in or something grabbing my feet. Irrational, I know. 

I just wanted to show myself and my listeners that I wasn't just talking to talk yesterday, but I wanted to prove to myself that I could do it. With lots of assistance from my dear friend Jennifer! 

I've gotten in the water a few times over the last 9 years, but this was more extensive and felt more satisfying.

On Monday I got on marketplace to look at tube's or similar crafts to get me back out on the water. I found a tube about 45 min away, but would not get a response from the seller. I was stunned to find out that some amazing individuals chipped in so I can get it brand new! I can't thank them enough!

My bedroom was feeling too institutionalized for me lately and messing with my depression.

I was inspired to hang some art and bring color into my fortress of solitude. Thank you very much for the inspiration and beautiful painting.

Add more color to your life. I highly recommend it!

I know this is a super late post, but I wanted to thank everybody who came out Friday to downtown Pasco on Friday and supported the vendors and enjoyed the live music. Never in a million years did I think I would hear symphony inquirers in downtown Pasco.

I was pleasantly surprised by a piece that my friend painted for me! Thank you Kristi I love it! I can't wait to get it hung up!

Something happened on Friday that normally would have had me stressing. I left my phone charger in my brother's car Friday night and let my phones die over the weekend. At first it gave me a little bit of anxiety, but then peace washed over me that I haven't felt in years. It was good to disconnect for a bit. I highly recommend doing so! I think I'm getting too used to. I don't even look at my phone when I get home anymore LOL.

My next event will be in downtown Kennewick for SOCO! I'm stocking up my inventory as we speak for September!

I am super excited to sell my pictures tomorrow at this wonderful event! I love Opera and I love Mariachi. I can't wait to hear some amazing music Tomorrow evening in downtown Pasco! The event is going to start at 5:00 at Peanuts Park. Come on down for some great art, good food, good music and all around good Vibes!

June got very busy and is filled with tons of events! I'm going to be selling some pictures at an amazing event in downtown Pasco called Encanto: COPA. Do yourself a favor and experience some amazing Opera with Mariachi!

I will also be hosting loteria at 3 margaritas in Richland from June 7th, 8th and 9th starting at 3pm.

Furthermore (inside joke) I am putting a curriculum together to teach youth in marginalized communities how to capture photos with their cell phones and show them how to market themselves and sell their pictures when they are ready. I'm going to have this curriculum ready to go for next month!

My mother gave me an orchid a few days ago and I am so excited! It had a pot but my dad clumsily broke it within 15 minutes of its arrival LOL

I haven't played my accordion in 2 years. In 2022 I got too busy training and engaging in several activities. In 2023 I had 10 people to grieve. You could say I was unmotivated and uninspired to pick it up and play again.

I have been playing the accordion for over 25 years and I really missed it. As soon as I picked it up I felt the same excitement as when I was 15 years old. My finger positioning is Rusty, but but you can't get to Carnegie Hall without practice!

I'm so excited to play again and I really want to start my own band this time. Over the years I have played in several other people's bands, but now it's my time. Now, if you don't mind, I'm going to get back to squeezing!

I woke up with a cold. My first illness of the Year. I really hope it's the only time I get sick. No fun. My poor mom has been sick for like a week now. Be careful out there. This cold is no joke.

I haven't gotten proper rest in the last 2 days. My beard has grown so long that it feels like I'm wearing a scarf outside. I've been waking up in the middle of the night sweating opening up my window because of my beard. I decided I had to shave it off for this summer. I'll grow it back in the fall. It's been a while since I've shaven. How does it look?

This weekend was super busy and super exhausting! All in all it was a fantastic weekend filled with lots of love, art and joy!

On Friday I was honored to be a part of a team of artists who donated to raise money for the Tri-Cities Cancer Center! Congratulations and thank you for putting together this wonderful event! It was great running into familiar faces at new ones!

The very next day on Saturday I woke up early to go volunteer at the downtown Kennewick Art On Auburn event! It was so much fun to hang out and socialize and listen to some great music! It was a great turnout and I was able to get stuff for my mom on behalf of my family.

On Sunday I made my mother and family some Bar-B-Q chicken that I've been working on for a couple of months now. I was honestly nervous for them to try it and it was a hit! My sister messaged me this morning again to let me know how good it was. It wasn't going to be good until my mom said it was good LOL I'm going to have it for lunch. I've been afraid to try it LOL I rediscovered my love and passion for cooking!

This year's theme for my mother was self-care. We got her some wonderful products from local vendors so that she can pamper herself!

Last year my dear friend invited me to participate in an art fundraiser art show that she was putting together with all of the proceeds going to the Tri-Cities cancer center. I did not hesitate and immediately said yes!

My family, like several other families have had to deal with the brutality that is cancer. I would never wish it upon an enemy.

She is now holding this event for a second year in a row. I am honored to be featured among the several talented local artists on display! All of the proceeds from the wonderful art will go directly to the Tri-Cities cancer center! Come on out and meet The talented artists on this play! Grab some coffee and definitely buy some more! It's for the best cause! The phone starts at 5:00 p.m. and there's your runs until 7:00 p.m. hope to see you all there!

I had so much fun hosting loteria last night at

There were a lot of little kids at my table and it was an amazing experience to interact with them. They were very responsive and attentive to the game. It was truly rewarding to help those kids learn how to play the game and keep the tradition alive!

We sat up outside to enjoy the beautiful spring weather! Great turnout, great times, great coffee, and amazing art of course!

Today I meal prepped keto bacon cheeseburgers. I put them in their air fryer for 10 minutes and they tasted amazing! I used white American cheese this time and I do not regret it! Super tasty! My apartment now smells like bacon. Not complaining.

Yesterday afternoon my brother surprised me to go golfing! I got to enjoy being hell on Wheels on the golf cart! It was fun being able to drive and steer. My left arm is still very weak to steer properly. After a quick nine holes we had tacos! Best birria in the tri-cities!

Yesterday was such a beautiful day with perfect weather! It was nice to get some sun and fresh air!
