Hi Friends, Monica Hues here...Who has had ‘Puff the Magic Dragon’ stuck in their head for the last 48 hours? The song started trending Tuesday after the death of Peter from Peter, Paul and Mary. The 1960 song is about childhood innocence (…and maybe pot). But after thousands of tributes online, I am begging for a break from what’s being called the most contagious ‘ear worm’ in recent history.

Bruce Springsteen praised actor Jeremy Allen White's portrayal of him in the upcoming biopic Deliver Me from Nowhere, saying, "Jeremy is such a terrific actor that you just fall right into it."
Springsteen commended White's singing in the film: "He sings well. He sings very well."
He also lauded actors Jeremy Strong and Odessa Young for their roles in the film, mentioning, "It’s a tremendous cast of people. They cast the film beautifully, so it’s very exciting."

Artists collaborate all the time now, but it seems like it's been a while since we've had a bona fide SUPERGROUP. Well, that ends now! There's a new group called Silverlites, and it's made up of:
R.E.M.'s Peter Buck and the Black Crowes' Rich Robinson on guitars . . . Barrett Martin from Screaming Trees and Mad Season on drums and upright bass . . . And some guy named Joseph Arthur on vocals. He and Buck released an album together in 2018, under the name Arthur Buck. Silverlites' self-titled debut album drops November 15th, and their first single is out now. It's called "Don't Go, Don't Stay".
