Light snow, blowing and drifting snow will develop Tuesday into Wednesday, resulting in likely (60% chance) minor travel impacts from reduced visibilities. Occasional periods of reduced visibility between half and quarter mile are forecast from falling and blowing snow, particularly eastern Red River Valley in Minnesota. Be prepared for hazardous travel conditions, especially in open country.

For Grand Forks and Fargo, temperatures in the -15 to -19F range.

An Extreme Cold Warning is in effect through Tuesday morning, with wind chills as low as -55F. Warming temperatures mid week, with a slight chance for snow on Wednesday.
