Who's been to this Victorian style state park? This house was built in the late 1890s by the Wesley Family and was the center of their lumber business until after WWI. The property is located at Tucker Bayou on Choctawhatchee Bay not too far from the lumber rich swamps of the Choctawhatchee River. Remnants of their operation can still be found in the area. The Wesley family occupied the house until the 1950s after which it was sold to Lois Maxon and later donated to the state of Florida in 1968. We've spent a lot of time filming and photographing clients on this beautiful property. Eden Gardens State Park, Florida Panhandle
