💥We have a lot to look forward to in 2025💥 with Top Golf coming adjacent to Pier Park, Tootsies returning in a new location on Thomas Drive and Dolly Parton's Pirate Voyage dinner and a show venue. And we can't go without mentioning Mcguires Irish Pub! (Who's ready for that Irish Wake??!!)

We are looking forward to all of this and continuing our usual local dives and sailing as often as we can! 🥰We love PCB! 🥰

🏖☀Tidewater has some of the best views of PCB, especially from the higher floors. Unit 2300 is on the market for $550K making it one of the best values in town for a 2/2 in an amenity rich resort with reasonable HOA fees. Even with recent plans to replace all of the elevators this HOA board continues to stay on track financially. If you are looking for a great condo investment with a strong HOA and strong rental history, this one may be the one you have been waiting on! ☀🏖
