The lawsuit states Garcia has on multiple occasions taken to social media to rant against the hydration company claiming it is harmful without any substantial proof. Logan stated Prime is “here to stay and will continue to change the world of hydration.”

Kendrick Lamar dropped a new track titled “Euphoria” in response to the ongoing battle with Drake. The 6min track goes on to address his verse from Future and Metro Boomin’s “Like That” and Drake’s “Taylor Made Freestyle” where both Snoop Dogg & Tupac Shakur’s voices were used via A.I. “Somebody had told that you got a ring, on God, I’m ready to double the wage / I rather do that than let a Canadian n—a make Pac turn in his grave.”

Tupac Shakur’s estate has hit Drake with a cease & desist. The estate is threatening to sue Drake over the Kendrick Lamar A.I. diss track. They’re demanding the “Taylor Made Feeestyle” diss track be removed within 24 hours, calling it a “flagrant violation”.

Sydney Sweeney’s representative shared a statement on her behalf in response to Hollywood producer Carol Baum’s disparaging remarks regarding the actress. Baum who also teaches at USC School Of Cinematic Arts, had said the Euphoria star was “not pretty”, “couldn’t act” and her latest rom-com movie “Anything But You” was “unwatchable”. Sweeney clapped back in her statement saying it was “sad that a woman in the position to share her expertise and experience chooses instead to attack another woman. If that’s what she’s learned in her decades in the industry and feels is appropriate to teach to her students, that’s shameful.” Her rep added “To unjustly disparage a fellow female producer speaks volumes about Ms. Baum’s character.”

Calvin LeBrun, the New York radio DJ best known as Mister Cee, has died, the hip-hop station Hot 97 reports, citing his family. A cause of death has not been revealed. Mister Cee was 57 years old.
Mister Cee grew up in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn, and, in 1988, he took part in the debut album from one of the New York neighborhood’s brightest young stars, Big Daddy Kane. Cee was the DJ on Long Live the Kane, and he’s the subject of the album’s penultimate track, “Mister Cee’s Master Plan.” Cee continued his work with Kane through the early 1990s, earning credits on 1989’s It’s a Big Daddy Thing, 1990’s Taste of Chocolate, 1991’s Prince of Darkness, and 1993’s Looks Like a Job For….

Cee is also often credited with discovering another pillar of Brooklyn hip-hop, the Notorious B.I.G. “I knew he was dope,” Cee recalled of the late legend last year. “I didn’t think he would become what he would before passing away. All I did at the time was try to get anybody and everybody to listen to him.

Aoki Lee Simmons, 21, was snapped kissing restaurateur Vittorio Assaf, 65, on a beach in St. Barts earlier this weekend. in what appeared to be a romantic vacation. Despite the 43 year age difference, the pair could be seen packing on the PDA as they relaxed in the sun & frolicked in the water.
Aoki is the youngest daughter of Kimora Lee Simmons and Russell Simmons. Page Six reached out to their reps for comment with no response.

The annual Made in America Festival held in Philadelphia over Labor Day weekend, has been canceled. It’s the second year in a row the event it’s cancelled. Jay-Z first launched the festival back in 2012.

The cancellation was announced Wednesday on social media and Made In America Festival’s official website. No specific reason was provided, and inquiries were directed back to the official statement by a representative.

Ma Jinghui is using his uncanny resemblance to Kobe Bryant to find success in the TikTok inspired app Douyin. The influencer’s resemblance has gone viral on the app and he’s gained more than 500,000 followers in 2 weeks!
According to the South China Morning Post, Jinghui, is from the southwestern province of Yunnan. The 21 year old who admired Kobe, decided to use his likeness to grow a following after a friend mentioned the resemblance to the Lakers Legend.

In 2021, music mogul Dr. Dre was treated for a brain aneurysm and confined to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center for two weeks. Years later, Dre is talking about his hospitalization, revealing he suffered three strokes during his stay.
A guest on SiriusXM's "This Life of Mine with James Corden," the rapper detailed events leading up to his stay in the ICU.
"I just woke up and I felt something right behind my right ear," he recalled. "Worst pain I ever felt. And I got up and I went on about my day and I thought that I could just lay down and take a nap. My son had a female friend that was there. [She was] like, ‘No, we need to take you to the hospital.’ So they took me to urgent care. And I got to urgent care and they're like, ‘No this is serious.’"

Country Music Legend Toby Keith passed away peacefully in his sleep surrounded by his family on Monday night according to the post shared on his website & official page. The singer had been diagnosed with stomach cancer in 2022 and had been receiving chemo, radiation and surgery. Keith was best known for his hits “Courtesy of The Red, White & Blue”, “Red Solo Cup”, “I Love This Bar” & “Should’ve been A Cowboy.” Rest in Peace Cowboy. 🤍
