Calling on iPhone Users! Yelp reviews only show up on Apple Maps - Google reviews are not seen here.

Yelp pales in comparison to Google, we can all agree.

Most businesses and marketing agencies ignore Yelp – you are probably wondering why do I need to pay attention to Yelp?

The reason is this, if a potential client looks up directions on an iPhone, and uses Apple Maps.

The review stars that show up on Apple Maps come from Yelp and not from Google.

If you are not paying attention to Yelp, you could have a terrible review score.

What happens if you are someone who already has an amazing review score on Google and has lots of reviews?

They are not going to see these on an iPhone.

But then a potential client looks up directions on Apple Maps and sees that you only have a star and a half.

How many people will decide not to do business with you, if that happens?

I am not recommending going out there and starting to focus all marketing efforts on Yelp reviews.

In fact quite the contrary.

But you do want to pay attention and make sure you have a 3.5 or 4-point rating on Yelp, so you do not discourage potential clients from wanting to schedule an appointment with you.

4 Simple Ways to Respond – when someone says you’re Price is too high without pushy sales tactics

1. Don’t haggle, acknowledge what the person said. Help them feel seen and heard.

2. Get consent first.

a) Ask them – can I ask you a few questions about why you think the price is too high.

If they say “Yes” you sometimes find out if there is something else underneath the objection.

3. Something else?
If it wasn’t for the money, is it something you want to move forward with?

4. Discover their Desire
What would you need to get out of this to make it workable?
If you show up in the service by checking with what they want – you won’t have any desperate energy.

You will most likely build trust with them as you explore their money concern.

GREEN NAILS & SPA Hey Everyone! :)

Check out the amazing Halloween artistry that Jimmy created
on my nails.

It caught me by surprise because I was going in just to get a simple pink color without the bells and whistles.

He was getting ready to put on the shine, the finishing touches to my color.

At the last minute, he says: “Did you want to do Halloween?” I said: “Sure, okay.”

I didn’t think much about it, but I started to see all the details and care as the images emerged from my nails. All I can say is: “Sooo cute!”

This hidden gem is nestled inside The Junction at Wagon Wheel. I have been coming for about a year.

My nails have lasted up to 6 to 8 weeks, usually because I am too busy to come in. They never chip or break, so it is definitely worth the investment.

I am not sure why – in other places that attempted to shape my brows, I have been told my brows were difficult to shape.
