My first reaction to some offenses done towards me to is cry out to people who at the end will only say their opinion and move on with their lives, have i gained something? Nope,i would only feel worse and replay the scenario different times in my head and fuss over what i think they should have done or say to make me feel relieved.

But when i take these offenses to MY FATHER, He not only takes care of them for me , He also gives me the grace not to be grieved by them, help me to forgive and handles them for me.

The human nature would want to go into a flight mode & seek validation from the words of men but how sweet is it when God fights on your behalf and you dont have to lift a finger?

Exodus 14:14 The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still.”
